Terms of use

What this service does

Kraftmark Verify checks whether a battery code is on a register and shows the product and warranty details recorded for it. A result reflects the register at the moment of the check. It is not a physical inspection and does not by itself prove the condition of a battery.

Warranty

The warranty is provided by the dealer that sold the battery, on the terms recorded with the registration. This service reports those terms; it does not grant, extend, or settle a warranty. Bring the battery and the certificate to that dealer to make a claim.

Independence

Kraftmark Verify is an independent verification service. It is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any vehicle or battery manufacturer, including Mercedes-Benz Group AG. Manufacturer names and OEM part numbers are shown only to identify a product.

Acceptable use

Use the service to check batteries you own or handle. Do not attempt to enumerate codes, overload the service, or copy the register. Access may be rate-limited or blocked to protect the service.

No warranty on the service

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for loss arising from use of, or reliance on, a result.
